Mental Break Downs = Happier you!
What is a mental break down? Well In my definition, it’s when your on the verge of tears because your under so much pressure. But there are many definitions of a mental break down.
When you have a mental break down what do you do? Get really angry. Cry yourself to sleep. Or breath and get through it. But that’s not everyone’s case. Mental break downs aren’t all that bad, there just another way of learning. We humans have mental break downs because you don’t no what to do a certain situation like having problems with your boyfriend/girlfriend and you guys just got out of a bad relationship and you thinks that it’s your fault that your relationship went bad. Or a relationship with your parents isn’t very strong any more. Or when your parents make you feel like shit sometimes and you ask yourself what you did to deserve that. The possibility’s are endless.
You will never know why you have mental break downs, you will just have them and not know why. But you can get over the melt down easily. Just breath and stay positive! It doesn’t matter what the situation is, just breath and tell yourself that everything will be okay. Believe me, it does take a long time to finally realize that being positive in ANY situation will help you later on in life. I promise you!
When life sucks balls…life doesn’t have to suck balls. Your making your life feel like that. Your in control of your own life. Live life how you want to and don’t let ANYONE tell you otherwise. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST and make your life how you want to everyday, cause’ everyday is a new adventure. No more break downs= Happier and greater life. So just breath and stay positive everyday. It really will make you a…well….greater you!

School…..Money, Power, Everything that revolves around.
Sighs* Everyone hates school. Some people just won’t admit that. I do. I hate school but I love being there to see all of my friends. I hate being stuck in a class room for a hour everyday for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, that’s only high school and junior high. Elementary school is the same. 6 hours a day for 5 days a week. Too long! But whats really too long, is going to school for 12 years! Is this really necessarily!? No. We just don’t all realize it.
You know whats really dumb? Going to school for twelve years and then going to college for like any other 5 years just to “become something”. Too long. But you know what? It’s all about money and power. People just want you too think that you can’t be dependent on your own, when in reality you can. The day that you were born on this Earth, you were filled with so much knowledge already. I mean by the time your about eight years old you can open a door, or drink through a cup. Just the little things.
There is a school in Russia called,”Tekos”. This school is amazing! The kids are the teachers and the teachers are the students. Who says you should go to school for twelve years, when you can graduate in two years! They teach things on the spot. You learn the subject until you understand it. They start with one subject like chemistry then when you understand it you move straight to physics and so on and so forth.
Why can’t we be like that? Oh yeah….It’s all about money and power. This is why we are in a fluster and can’t get our shit together. Why can’t people wake up and realize what’s really going on.
I hope that one day we can all be woken up and realize that there’s more than just our five sense’s. Or wake up and realize that we are currently dependent on the Government, but in reality we don’t need to be because it’s just another person telling us what to do. I hope that China will have there industrial revolution…Yes China hasn’t had their’s. I hope that when I have kids, they will entered into a world where everyone can get along and work together to build a better world.
So hope you wake up, and really change this world, because we all need it. I also hope that you can get something out of this.
